i’ve been trying to learn german for ages, because i eventually want to visit, but nothing seems to be working. i heard that the best way to learn a new language is to be put into an area with native speakers, and eventually just pick up on things? is this true?
i’ve tried learning in school and from books and whatnot, i’m too poor for rosetta stone.

I’m a Sophomore and I’m taking all honors core classes and AP World. My Electives are Holocaust and foreign language is Spanish ll. Fine Arts is Drama l.
What I’m worried about is next years schedule, should I take Drama ll, Genetics, or AP Bio? I Don’t really care if I take AP Bio next I can take it as a Senior, but I can take AP Physics Senior year if I do take it. I also want to take Genetics but I don’t want to drop Drama because of it. I only have 1 spot left and I worried. I love Drama and have friends there, but will colleges look at it as a bad thing If I remove Drama and take Genetics instead? I don’t want colleges to think I boring or something or have no special talent because I didn’t took Drama. I’m not majoring in fine arts. Is 1 year of fine arts good enough for college?

But this morning when i tried to get him in thr bathtub he started again with the swearing. I tried to talk to him, but he kept screaming all types of things at me. And he hasn’t stop. My mom and i were in the car and he kept screaming the “f” word. Has anyone else experinced this? We have him for three more days and i don’t want to listen to him much longer.
