Now-a-days several people in this world are performing Yoga poses,Dhyaana or roughly translated as Meditation.People think it is practiced to stay fit,healthy or to cure diseases.But they don’t know that Yoga is a spiritual exercise to invoke ‘Kundalini’ the force necessary to be freed from the cycle of ‘birth and death’.This has to be performed by a person who gives worldy pleasures and perform penance remaining isolated in a place where ordinary humans cannot have any access to that place.he is called a ‘Yogi’.his powers are unlimited.He can walk on water,travel by sky,pass through the fire without being burnt,can drink boiling water without any harm,can consume poison.In this way he wins fate.He attains this by performing this Yoga.For this he requires a teacher or Guru to train him.But Today many people due to greed for money marketing this yoga and calling theselves as teachers.There are many side effects if yoga done without sufficient knowledge,experience like body pains,losing control of mind,madness,braindead which happened to some people.So my advice to all yoga doers,’Refrain from doing Yoga’.Its not for health.if you want health do aerobics and other exercises.Remember Yoga is for attaining ‘moksha’.Thank you.

my class of windermere grade 7 everyone is like so immature. everyone last year who was in mr metsolas class was as mature as me. this year im in mr metsolas class with kids, this one girl tori makes up her own language, loves the Family channel, not allowed to watch pg 13 movies, when my only friend swears, she says its not cool stop it. everyone hates dodgeball cuz they think its too ”violent” when they see a word like ”crap” or “damnit” they start giggling like grade 2s. bttom line is should i home school cuz i cant take it anymore

so ill make it short,
i was in a really hightech spaceship, i walk up these circular discs for stairs, there were floating above the floor, up to a control room.as i was walking up the discs a mans voice suddenly came out of nowhere and said about a five word sentence but the only word i remember was continuity. i went up to the room and press a button which then took me to a flash back on the spaceship, as i was there in the flashback moment i was looking out through a window with three beings around me. as i was looking out all i could see was the entire universe but it looked like cluster of stars in a massive dark void. the beings then went onto tell me that the universe recycles itself (literally its whole self) then as i was looking out the universe crushed in on itself then explode out into its original form sort of like pulsating balloon you could say.
anyways if you can please tell what the meaning is behind it because it’s been on my mind for some reason and i need different point of views on whats its trying to translate.
